The first trailer of Woody Harrelson and Liam Hemsworth-starrer The Duel has been released.
Lionsgate has once again collaborated with the Hunger Games star-cast for the upcoming film The Duel. Woody Harrelson and Liam Hemsworth-starrer The Duel is a supernatural Western thriller,
which was formerly titled By Way Of Helena.
It is a pleasant surprise to see Woody Harrelson and Liam Hemsworth share screen space after their Hunger Games banter.
Directed by Kieran Darcy-Smith, in The Duel, David Kingston (Liam Hemsworth) a Texas Ranger is sent to investigate a series unexplained deaths in a town called Helena. He has to confront charismatic preacher called Abraham Brant (Woody Harrelson), who is behind the series of deaths. However, the investigation soon turns personal for Kingston, who must solve the case before he loses everything to the mysterious town.
The film star-cast includes Emory Cohen (Brooklyn), William Hurt (Into the Wild), William Sadler (The Green Mile) and Alice Braga (City of God).
The film is slated to release on June 24, 2016.
